red, white and blue

On June 12, I decided to wear the flag colors to celebrate Philippine Independence Day.


But then I realize this look is more Americana, very Ralph Lauren than I planned.



I normally don't like pairing red and white together. So I decided to break up the pairing by wearing my denim vest.



By the way, the denim vest is a staple this summer. Seen them paired with flowy floral dresses or palazzo pants. 


I was wearing: red skinny pants from Forever 21, Uniqlo white tee, denim vest (old), Trois + Inch loafers.
