If the gods permit it, I will be catching the last few days of warm summer months soon. I'm super excited! I haven't been on a holiday break in ages and I can't wait to kick back and enjoy the sun and sand.
For outfits, I'm planning to keep things simple - light, flowy dresses, denim shorts, striped tee, light button-downs and sandals!
I've been meaning to share these pics that my cousin took on our Mother-Daughter day spent pigging out in Tagaytay in January. Just never got around to it. Sharing my two favorite photos. (Thanks Cuz for sharing the pics!)
Enjoying the yummy risotto at lunch in Buon Giorno.
Then, we hied off to Breakfast at Antonio's for dessert (coffee and pancakes). I loved the interior, especially the beautiful tiled floor and these awesome door. My cousin Karen and I couldn't resist the photo-op.
Sorry for being MIA. Between traveling home, doing some last-minute Christmas shopping and getting horribly sick, I haven't got much time for my blog lately. I promise I'll be posting some outfits soon.
Except for some comfy espadrilles (picked up after walking around Greenbelt all day in heels) and a navy boyfriend style cashmere jumper (from SM Surplus store for only PHP300/$10), I haven't done much shopping at all. I did spy a cute pair of ankle boots in Glorietta but haven't had time to check them out and try them on. Planning to drop by soon when my official holiday starts on Friday.
In case I don't get to talk to you before the holidays, have a good Christmas. May you be surrounded by friends, family and people you love the most.

I woke up this morning with a yearning in the pit of my stomach. I want to go back to Santorini. My favorite Greek island, probably my favorite place in the world. It's the most magical and awe-inspiring scenery that no words could ever really capture its beauty.
The view from the northern town of Oia, where you catch the famed Santorini sunset.
Behind me is the calderera. Like Taal volcano it sits on the waters that surround the island. The island of Santorini was borne of the volcanic eruption thousands of years ago.
Streets of Oia.
Wore the Greek colors of blue (ok, it's a little more on the indigo side) and white.
I would definitely wear this to Santorini, though I would probably have to swap out the wedges with a more manageable flat sandals, maybe a pair of leather gladiators as further homage to Greece. BTW, I've been stopped by strangers here in Singapore several times asking me where I bought these wedges (in Philippines, sorry.)
For accessories, I decided to mix and match genres, if you will - conservative pearl earrings and necklace paired with grungy silver bracelets, and my DIY beads - this is after all an ode to island life. The wrist guard is not a prop - overloaded my wrists while doing mid-range bicep curls in Body Pump.
We will see each other again, Santorini! Filakia.
I was wearing: Cotton On button down shirt, pleated pencil skirt from Lver, yellow wedges from an Ihawan restaurant along the Pangasinan highway bought during a family roadtrip to Baguio.
